The BTT130 BIN TIPPER is an electric tipper designed for the emptying of produce and product in a forward direction. Suitable for open top bins and crates, it allows for 125 degree rotation.
Designed to suit bins 1200 x 1200 x 850mm high. However we can also manufacture a custom sized bin tipper to suit your own requirements.
Ruggedly built to perform in any food processing or industrial environment with heavy duty components designed to effortlessly lift 1000kg.
The 240volt electric/hydraulic system uses a standard plug outlet. The motion of the tipper is controlled by a pendant control allowing the operator safe distance during operation, while maintaining full control over the angle and the speed of tip. The tipping action can be stopped under any load and in any position. Supplied with full operating instructions.
